The fear of public speaking is a fear that we
share with many people. Speaking in public is a source of stress that can be

of reaction that we proceed through. These are anticipation reaction,
confrontation reaction and adaption reaction. The truth is, we don’t have to be

public will soon become an invigorating and satisfying experience for you. The
root of negative self-talk has three causes. The first one is
biologically-based temperament. The second one is previous experience and the last
one is level of skills.
